May 2025 Friends of Unity Bloom Where You Are Planted Blog Hop

A Wonderful May to all my crafty friends!!

I’m so excited to have you visiting my blog and that you are hopping along with us this month. This month is all about Blooming. There are so many ways to interpret what that means. I choose to use a number of the meanings all at the same time. Flowers bloom at their specified time, following their unique, internal God given instructions on how to grow, what to look like, how long to share their beauty and the exact depth of complexity to compel those that depend on their existence to survive themselves is beyond awe inspiring to me.

Just like the flowers and their amazing place in this vast and beautiful world…you, my friend, are even more outstanding💛 fearfully and wonderfully made. Completely AMAZING ❣️

With that said….Let’s get into the first card. This is Rebecca..the Blooming Rebecca Girl from Unity stamp Company. I have stamped this beautiful girl a number of times in my crafting journey.

The paper pack is called Kindness is Magic. The sub sentiment is from the awesome brown bag gift we get with every purchase.

The bloom sentiment is the Bloom die from Waffleflower.

The hexagon die is from HeroArts.

This second card is made with the A Hedgie Hello fine detailed stamp set. OMGOODNESS…this hedgehog is absolutely adorable don’t you think. I copic colored him with warm grays and light brown hues. The halo around him is Villainous Potion from the distress ink line. The die is the scalloped rectangle die from Unity Stamp Company. This precious peanut is my 2nd clean and simply card in my entire crafty life. I think I really like the simplicity of it.

And finally..my 3rd card for today and my 3rd CAS card. I guess I was just in the simplicity mode when I made this card with the precious Lil’ Bloomer stamp set. The die is from the Scalloped rectangle set. I used the Stampin up Night of Navy paper that paired perfectly with his cute little bibs.

The sentiment on this Lil’ Bloomer card hits me in so many ways. Not everything that blooms is beautiful, or nice, or useful…BUT we can change that just by changing our perception of the situation. Make what is negative into something more pleasant…if you can. What a peaceful thought…that we alone can walk through this life just focusing on what God has called us to do. The flowers aren’t called to worry and neither are we so let’s just realign ourselves for the purpose we were created for and BLOOM where we are planted my friends.

Thank you so much for stopping in and enjoying the day with me.

April is the next in line for this hop so stop in and be Ink-spired by her talent. https://myinkrediblelifecom.wordpress.com/2025/05/03/bloom-where-you-are-planted-fou-may-2025/
